I can't say enough good things about the quality of work and approach by Shaun and his team. Shane at Rolling Garage Doors & Gates was the only one to take the time to deeply analyze our existing system and shortcomings so he understood what needed to be done to complete a great working system. We had several other estimates that didn't come close to RGD&G.
Now that the project is complete, the level of work is outstanding. Our system works so much better than before and should last many years.

Shane has been an unbelievable help as we build our new house. Our new garage doors are gorgeous - way better than we could have expected - and are almost silent when they open and close. Shane helped us pick out the perfect product and even went above and beyond to store these for us when we were rained out for months and couldn't install them. He sent his crew out to readjust our laser beams when they got bumped and were out of sync without us knowing what happened. Great product, great price, great service. We know Shane will help us in the future if needed and won't ghost us now that we are done.

If you want someone just to "fix" your garage door, don't go with these guys. But if you want a company to repair your garage door, inspect your door, lubricate the hinges and recommend any other repairs that might be needed in the future, all at a competitive price, go with these guys. Shane was great to work with. He understood my requests and did everything to accommodate. John the technician was very knowledgeable, respectful and detailed.

Our Apollo gate stopped working at our rural property. I called Rolling Garage Doors & Gates and Shane called me back. We discussed the issues and he asked me to text him several pictures including of the gate hardware and openers as well as the interior of the controller box. After assessing things, Shane thought I should purchase a new battery first, and felt pretty comfortable that would do the trick. It did! I am very grateful for this advice and much appreciate Shane's professionalism. I've owed other rural properties with entry gates so know how complicated they can be to fix.
